		<description>We have definitely been raised as consumers, not as savers or investors.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;It's easy to spend. If the money, debit card, or credit card are in my pocket, I can use it.  To have the discipline either not to make the payment methods accessible, or to restrain myself when they are accessible, are much more difficult.  We are an instant gratification society, and everything from advertising to government promotes it.</description>
