But, as you can see, there is not. My Internet service provider conveniently went on hiatus last night while I had a stack of things to do. All is working again, and the carnival should be up this afternoon. If you have an entry you would like to submit to the Carnival of Principled Government, go ahead and slip it in. My email is in the sidebar. I’ll accept whatever come in before I publish, and everything else will be used next time.
I am also working an a bit of a project for my site’s upcoming redesign. Initially, I was just going to bury them in my archives. Then I realized that I do have a lot of new readers to this blog, so you might appreciate the tour through my archives. They should start going up next week.
Principled Discovery is a place to stop and discuss news and information related to faith, family and particularly education. Pour yourself a cup of tea and join the conversation!

I look forward to the redesigned “you.” I like the you that you are now, but sometimes change is nice. We don’t want to get bored. Ha! And yes, I know that you are not your blog but it does represent part of you.
Ha! The redesign is nothing major. Heather from Graced by Christ is working on a header for it, and I need to redo my sidebars. I want to have something in the sidebar to tell new readers what this blog is about, but at the moment I have too much stuff in my sidebars to really add something else. My cool new header will take care of that, I think.
What is a “carnival of principled government?”

ThirstyJon, thanks for stopping by! The COPG is supposed to be about entries which uphold the values of limited government, representation, personal liberty, etc. that were enshrined in our Constitution, Declaration of Independence and Federalist Papers. It is to promote discussion of liberty, especially within the context of our founding.
