I even uploaded it, but decided that might be taking it further than the cartoonist intended. He could have easily written, "Schule Macht Frei" and it would have been quite clear. I emailed the homeschooler in Germany who sent it to me, and she noticed it, too. So it may very well have been quit intentional. You know how close this entry came to having a picture of that sign? I am not sure I would, either. I think I would have already moved out of the country by that point.
