		<description>?  I don&#039;t know what you are referring to.  Nebraska is right on the national average with $8282 spent per child.  The $3000 is just from the state.  The rest of the $5000 is from federal sources and the bulk of it is from local sources which is why we still have some semblance of local control.</description>
