I recently dug up an old unit study I did on gardening and developing Christian character and shared it on a couple of forums I am active on. Now converted to a pdf file with one correction, I offer my free gardening unit to anyone who is interested.
So long as my name and link remain attached, feel free to share it with anyone you like. I really enjoyed this unit. Here are some pictures from when we were working on it. It also shows sort of my ideal for teaching:

Dana, This is wonderful! Thanks for sharing. I especially loved all the art and the math lesson on setting boundaries.
I’m so glad you liked it!
Thanks Dana,
This is great! I love all of the scripture you have included.

I wrote a post with gardening links the same day you wrote this one.
I’m going to add this to my post; it looks great! Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much for this post. We too are starting a garden for our Spring/Summer project and as well as hoping to learn the art of growing our own food, I’m also hoping to grow a sense of family team work and maybe even a little patience. Your tips were very helpful.
Thanks…next to see if people like whaling as much as gardening.
