And it is good to be back. Today’s problem was a simple one. Just as I gave up, I switched the permalink structure to the default and suddenly the site worked. It continued to work when I switched it back.
No clue why, but that is of little consequence. I am happy.

Well, my site is up after over 24 hours of being down. Sort of. It doesn’t recognize the urls of specific posts, but I’m hoping that will just take care of itself through the night.

Thanks to JJRoss and a post I’m planning for next week, I have been chasing down some more thoughts regarding whether or not homeschoolers are ready to be accepted. It seems that the concern is coming down to one of identity and power.
